I’m not sure with whom to give credit to this, but I believe it to be true. To be successful at anything, you have to have a passion for that thing.
Also, to be successful, you have to have an unending drive to improve upon that thing. You can do well with either one, but to make a difference to yourself, your career, to those around you now and to those you come into contact with in the future, you truly must have an equal amount of both, passion and drive. Those are the difference makers.
I’d like to think I am one of those people.
